Privacy Policy

As defined under the Australian Privacy Policy guidelines we are not required by law to provide a Policy Statement as we are classified as a small business, However we still need to comply with the law. 

To assure all of our clients, potential clients, followers and friends that we will not misuse your personal information in any way, we have chosen to develop a simplified Privacy Policy as suggested by the OAIC.

• Scope — This Privacy Policy applies to your personal and contact information collected on Pickled Pear Media Social Media Channels, websites, advertising campaigns and any other form of marketing activities conducted by Pickled Pear Media and in line with the relevant marketing related legislation including the NSW Fair Trading and Spam Act 2003.

• Collection of personal information — We collect email addresses, first and last name, company name and addresses, social media handles, phone numbers, job role and functions.

• Disclosure (sharing) — We do not disclose your personal information to any other party apart from any APPs and social media APPs used in our systems that have been registered for use under Pickled Pear Media. We do not share information with business partners or any other business unless they are acting on our behalf such as an advertising or digital marketing agency. The use of your information remains only for the purposes of Pickled Pear Media and not for our agency to use for their benefit or gain.
